Here is our Street Food Range, braised over a sixteen hour period; pulled and bound together with one of our delicious homemade sauces.

 

 Our Outdoor Versatile Ovens (OVO Kamado) are fired up using restaurant grade coal and bespoke flavoured woods. These are selected to compliment the product we are cooking.

 

Whether it's Whisky Barrel Oak, paired with our Bourbon Glazed Brisket or Sweet Chestnut and Applewood to compliment our Maple Pork Shoulder, the team at CLIQ continue to maximise flavour in every way.

 

 

Our Bourbon Beef Brisket is a definite crowd pleaser. We take a brisket of beef, smoke and braise it for 16 hours using Whisky Oak then pull it.  Once pulled its then combined with a rich BBQ Bourbon sauce. This is placed in a Toasted Brioche Bap then accompanied with House Pickled Red Cabbage, Crispy Onions and a Roasted Garlic & Smoked Paprika Aioli.

Piri-Piri Jackfruit Burrito

Our Pulled Piri Piri Jackfruit Burrito contains succulent strips of fresh Jackfruit bound together with a Piri-piri sauce then mixed with a fragrant Wild rice, Quinoa and Edamame bean mix. This is then paired with a fresh Guacamole, Salsa, Crispy Onions, Lemon & Garlic Mayonnaise which is tightly wrapped in a charred Multi-grain Tortilla.

The Cola Glazed Gammon is perfect for all seasons, with its rich and sticky glaze to the spice from the peppers. The gammon is slowly braised then pulled and finished in Cola, which is reduced until sticky and fully coats the meat. This is served in a Toasted Brioche Bap and topped with Spicy Jalapenos, English Mustard and a Pickled Onion Relish.
